Powerpoint insert pictures from Photos issue

Good Morning,

I am struggling to import pictures from the Photos app into Powerpoint,

Using the photo browser through the insert menu on Powerpoint, only iPhoto appears on the list of content - which doesn't contain my latest photos.

I've checked and Photos is the default library on the system

Do you have any thoughts?

I'm running Office 365 and EL Capitan on my MacBook Air

Many thanks,

Lorraine

Have you waited long enough? The first time I opened Powerpoint 15.13.4, it took a long time - more than a minute - for the Photos Library to appear in the Photo Browser. At first, only the iPhoto Library and the Aperture library appeared. But after some time, Photos appeared as well.

Does your Photos Library appear, if you use "Picture from File" and and scroll down to the Media section in the sidebar of the File Chooser? You should be seeing the Photos library there as as well:

Are you using iCloud Photo Library and "Optimize Storage"?
