Jan 17, 2016 9:46 AM in response to AJ397by Bel1green,Thank you but there doesn't seem to be anything there which would suggest our contacts might merge. Any other ideas?!

Jan 17, 2016 9:56 AM in response to Bel1greenby AJ397,My idea was to look into Family Sharing, since the contacts may be syncing due to the shared ID. The only other thing I can think of is the possibility that your daughter used your phone to text her friends at one point and the numbers aren't true contacts, but recents.? That is a complete guess though.

Jan 17, 2016 3:12 PM in response to AJ397by Bel1green,Actually some of them do give me the option to remove them as they say recent contact next to them which is odd as I can't recall her ever using my phone. Thank you for your help, I will continue to try and get to the bottom of it.

Jan 17, 2016 3:17 PM in response to AJ397by Bel1green,I think I may know why. I now have her old laptop. When she was signed in to cloud on the laptop All her contacts would have been on here. When she gave it to me, she signed out and I signed in . Could it be anything to do with this possibly?

Yes, that may be it. Did you erase the laptop between users, or just switch accounts?
