non responsive click wheel
Hi can someone help me please?
I have had my ipod mini for 17 months so it is out of warranty. The click wheel is unresponsive. I have tried the 5 R's but no success.
When I toggle the hold switch the screen comes up but the wheel/select button is non responsive. I have tried to reset a few times by holding select and menu, the apple logo comes up but then the screen goes blank. The menu comes up again only when I toggle the hold button but again the wheel/select button does not respond.
I have itunes 7.02 and ipod software version 1.4.1. I have tried to restore the ipod twice now. The only screen I get now when I toggle the hold button is the choose language screen. The wheel/select button still do not respond.
Any suggestions anyone?
