I Have a Windows based computer and I am trying to move pictures from my SDcard out of
my camera to my iPhone6. at is the secret? I am at a loss. I also don't have Internet here at home, I use my phone for that

You can move photos to the iPhone by using iTunes to sync the photos from the computer: Sync photos from your computer to your iOS device using iTunes - Apple Support
Note that you should move the photos from the SD card to the computer first and leave them on the computer as every time you do the sync iTunes will compare the current settings in iTunes and the photos on the computer to what is already synced to the phone; if the photos are no longer on the computer or no longer included in the iTunes sync settings, they will be deleted from the phone when you sync again.
The only way to get photos onto the iPhone is via the sync process in iTunes. You would not be able to just move them from the SD card to the iPhone. You do not have access to the file system to do that. You need to move them from the SD card to a folder on the computer, then with the iPhone connected to the computer and iTunes, select what photos you want to sync. Is there an easy way to drag pictures from an SDcard on a Windows based computer to my iPhone6 without the Internet? I have loaded iTunes and can see my phone, but no such luck. Thanks for your help
