Q: No longer able to download podcasts-- receiving 3259  and 9006 errors.

I am no longer able to download podcasts (although I've been able to get a couple downloaded since early December) and am receiving 3259 and 9006 errors. Based on the articles on Apple site I've made sure iTunes and Windows 10 are updated, updated firewall settings and hosts file. I tried turning off my AVG protection and download podcasts but nothing changed. Podcasts will show a long download time (many hours) and download slowly for a bit before erroring out as 3259 or 9006.
