Q: Facetime not receiving calls on Mac Book 12
I have a Mac mini that is on an ethernet connection and a macbook. I have signed in with my apple id on both devices. I can make FaceTime calls on both device but I cannot receive calls on my macbook 12 - I can on the mac mini - it does ring but nothing rings on the macbook.
Both are running El Capitan - but I cannot see what is different about the two devices. I did try the macbook with the same ethernet connection but that made no difference

Duh sorry about a waste of the post - I saw a later post mentioning alerts which I had turned off
