I am not sure where you are having an issue. To me, it sounds like you are unable to access the iTunes Store app as well as using Safari to browse the web. If that is the case, it sounds like you are having an issue connecting to the internet over Wi-Fi. Take a look at the first two articles that will go over issues with Wi-Fi as well as connecting to the iTunes Store.
