Q: Where can i find a basic bluebooth mouse without a receiver

Well, I always have found it odd that people with a Mac that has the best trackpad in the industry finds the need for a mouse. However, the first thing that comes to mind would be Apple's Magic Mouse. It's bluetooth and doesn't need a dongle.
