Recently bought a new iphone 6s plus, not even a week old and noticed some air bubbles or somewhat under the glass display on the white area of the phone, not sure how this has happened, someone help

Try to reset the phone - hold down off/on and home buttons together until you see Apple logo and then allow normal boot up - no data loss
If this does not solve the issue with the display then it is most likely a hardware issue and you may want to bring your phone to an Apple or authorized store

If it's at the edge of the phone would it still be air bubbles, I never noticed it when I got the phone and from certain angles it looks black?
Are you sure that there's no screen protector on the phone?
It certainly sounds like there may be a screen protector or the OEM plastic protector still on the phone. Can you post a photo of what you are seeing here to help troubleshoot it?
There is a tempered glass screen protector but it does not cover the entire screen only the black touch screen surface
here is what I am talking about I haven't dropped or damaged my phone in any way, and as you can see the screen protector is not covering the entire phone face
I'm guessing that you are referring to the two small white dots I can see in the center area of the picture? If that is the case, it is noticeable, but you would have to take the device to Apple to have them examine it. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store and have them take a look. While it may look bad to you, if it does not affect the operation of the phone, they may not do anything about it. But, only Apple can make that decision, not any of us here. Good luck.
