I tunes is not registering my phone to my current itunes account

On your computer do you have iTunes 12.3.2?

You need that to sync with iPhone iOS 9.2

Ckuan, yes 12.3.2 is installed and im using new 6s with updated 9.2 IOS, when i plug it in Itunes is not picking up my phone
