I have bought new Iphone 6s 64bg but I think they gave me refurbished phone because its mentioned on the back side

self declaration: confirming to IS13252 (part I) 2010 R41013710. I had asked some of my friends who have this same phone and they were saying it only happens if you buy any refurbished phone. So please tell me is it reburbished or brand new?

Call Apple. They can give you deets on your phone as long as you have it's IMEI number. Then confirm with them the original purchase date and wham, there you go!
