I understand that you are having issues with signing in to the iTunes Store on your computer. Let's see if we can get that sorted out.

If you see ‘There was an error downloading your purchased music‘ when you try to download music from iTunes

- OS drive ==> Windows -==>à system32 ==> Find cmd.exe option right click that option you see run as administrator.
Command tab gets opened – Type as netsh winsock reset and PRESS ENTER.
You will get a prompt asked to restart your computer – with out restarting first try to sign-in iTunes store. If not restart and try to sign-in
