my mom have the same problem!

Apple ID and the password is not the Problem, the problem is the SECURITY QUESTIONS.

When we klik on the Change Questions.. comes the PopUp with:

Too many incorrect verification attempts
You have made too many attempts to answer your security questions.
You can try again later or use your rescue email address to reset your security information.

And tis Button do nothing!

Use Rescue Email Address <--  klick on this nothing happends.

What can i do?

The Apple Support Kontakt is also broken. Says:

Tut uns leid.
