Why the clock doesn't ring every time i alarm it ?

Is your mute/silent switch activated on the side of the phone?

Did you enable "Do not disturb" in the settings?

Did you already try to force restart the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data, but it can cure some glitches.

FYI. Neither of these settings will mute the alarm on the built in Clock app.

That leaves only a few things to try. Delete the alarm in the Clock app and set it up again, and make sure that the sound is not set to "none" or that a default sound is selected, in case you have also custom made sounds to select.

Choosing music rather than a default sound seems to be implicated in a lot of failures. I've used my iPhone as my one and only alarm clock for years and never had an issue. I use a particularly unpleasant built in sound.

Yes, found that out as well. Choosing a non default sound, ringtone or even a sound that you have created, using a 3rd party app, does not always work.
