Jan 18, 2016 8:42 AM in response to Loner Tby nafisafromdubai,This Mac is early 2011. I decided that it is best to download Win 7 ISO file and use Boot Camp for the installation. I intend to do this using a USB.
Thanks

Jan 18, 2016 9:54 AM in response to Loner Tby nafisafromdubai,Why does the Boot Camp help show that it can install from a USB? It also downloaded the support files and stored them on the USB to be used during the installation and partition. Please advise. Thanks

Jan 18, 2016 10:45 AM in response to nafisafromdubaiby Loner T,If you do see a Create USB Installer option, then you can use it. There are a handful models from 2011-12 with built-in Optical drive, which will also support a USB installation.
