Ask the famous store about its refund policy. That is, if "face time" doesn't work properly, you can return the iPhone with a full refund.

I find it hard to believe this famous store is an Apple Authorized reseller. All Authorized resellers in Saudi Arabia are subject to SA laws, which require that iPhone sold must have FaceTime permanently disabled.

Do you live in Saudi Arabia? If not, buying a phone there is not a good idea. In addition to any possible FaceTime issues, you will have to return the phone to Saudi Arabia for warranty service.
