Can you store you itunes content on icloud, or do you need another cloud storage method?

Are you using iTunes match? iTunes match does not use iCloud storage. What are wishing to achieve? By the way, what is your current OS X?

So, mac mini and macbookpro (< 6 months old), both running El Capitan.
New iPhone 6s and iPad mini (also new as of Xmas), both running latest iOS.
So, since I'm new to iPhone and iPad (had macs forever, so entire iTunes library is on macbook and backup to a Time Capsule time machine), we're really wondering about offsite automatic backup. Also, about how iOS devices work with iTunes. So I bought a new album from iTunes store over the weekend, and it seems to be available on both iOS devices, along with anything purchased from iTunes store (rather than say, Amazon as real CD).
Is there a way to offsite backup entire iTunes lib to iCloud so it's backed up locally and externally?
