Calendar to Canada
I am creating a calendar to send to friends in Canada. It appears that I cannot have it mailed directly to them from Apple. Is there someway that this can be done?

The delivery address and your billing address need to be in the same country.
To be able to have the calendar delivered to Canada you would have to use an AppleID with a Canadian billing address and a credit card valid in Canada. And you would have to have the calendar printed by the Canadian Print Prducts store and select this store in the Photos Preferences > General.
