Water damaged Iphone 6s dark display/ Screen LED's not lighting up screen

My Iphone 6s got water damaged with just a little water, after drying it thoroughly by opening it and cleaning/ drying there is dark display (hardly seen icons) and rest phone is working perfectly. Display can be seen with a torch light near the screen and I guess it's LED's that lights up the screen are not working but am not sure. I tried to replace it's new front LCD panel unit but after 2-3 min same status like previous screen.

Please help me how can I get my phone back

I'm sorry. Had you not opened the device, you would have been able to purchase an out of warranty replacement for your water damaged device. However, now that you have opened the device on your own, you have voided any support at all from Apple. You are on your own now. Try finding a competent 3rd party repair facility to see if they can help you, but Apple will no longer help. Have a nice day.

Apple does not sell parts at all, since the iPhone is not user serviceable. I find it hard to believe you would take a brand new device and open it up. Apple devices have never been user serviceable. Basically right now all you have is a pile of parts. Additionally, with Touch ID, you cannot initialize the device after attempts to replace the screen, and the device would have eventually locked up the first time you went to restart it anyway. You will not be able to recover this device at all.
