I have moved country and i want to revise my address and billing but apparently i need to cancel my iTunes Match account

I have moved country UK to Netherlands. I want to revise my address and billing info but apparently i cannot do that because I have an active Match account.

iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2013), iOS 9.2
