FaceTime problem with a particular person

I can't do FaceTime with my friend who is Dubai? But he could do FaceTime with other people? I haven't tried with different people in Dubai

iPhone 6, iOS 9.2

I understand that you are having issues making a FaceTime to your Friend that lives in Dubai. Now I am unsure as to why he can call others but I do know that FaceTime isn't available in Dubai and other areas such as United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. Dear Norm123,

But he does FaceTime with people who are in Saudi Arabia but I cant do FaceTime while I'm in Qatar, so it should work for Qatar also. But I have talked with people in US or UK. It works perfectly, extra more info Would be much appericiated

Hey Hthemoleguy,
With troubleshooting FaceTime, you could run into different issues as far what could be the culprit. I was just nearly pointing out one scenario and it seemed to fit. As far as the rest of the troubleshooting in the article, have you tried it. You and your friend would need to in order to resolved this.
