If the songs are purchases from iTunes Store, from iTunes menu bar, File -> Devices -> Transfer Purchases from [name of iPod]. You can also re-download previous purchases from iTunes Store at no cost.

For other songs, iTunes syncing is typically in one direction only, from iTunes library on computer to iPod. However, there are third-party method and utilities that can transfer from iPod to computer. If you do an Internet search on something like "ipod transfer music," you should get some useful links.
