Podcast icon has gone - iphone

It's the first time I've posted. I feel I've tried everything and could really do with some help. I've lost my podcast icon on my phone. [iphone 6 iOS9.2]

I've tried searching for it on the phone but to no avail. It's not hidden in any folders.

I've restored my phone twice now and I've got the latest version of itunes. 12.3.2. I can see the icon on my apps on itunes and it says it's installed. [I've also tried deleting it from here a number of times and downloaded it again a number of times] So far nothing has worked.

Has anyone got any ideas of anything else I can try?
