Q: Rescue Email

Good afternoon,

I need to change my rescue email. I do not know the answers for the security questions and the rescue email no longer exsists. can you send the security answers to the apple ID email?

No. You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.

yes, but they send the answers to the rescue email. That is the problem, that email no longer exists. I cannot see the answers.

You need to contact Apple for assistance with this issue. Nobody on these boards can change your rescue email address or send the answers to you.
