About 1 week ago the right side of my screen stopped responding only allowing me to use the left side. Sometimes the whole screen would just glitch resulting in me locking and unlocking to use it. Even then I have to use only the left side, any know the reason of this?

I'm using iphone6 plus just a year, hardware issue it will out of control what ever I click and type.
went to Malaysia service centre yesterday, one of the staff told me that Malaysia no technician for hardware.
what I can do is pay another RM1720 for exchange, a year ago I paid RM2850 and signed 2 years data plan.
My phone just a year, mean I've paid RM4570 for use iphone a year?!
Staff said after exchange warranty for 90 days, if any problem I need to pay another RM1720 for exchange again.
