I recently changed my itunes email address because I shut down the old address. None of my songs came over when I changed the address. I've also now changed my computer. How do I get all my content back?

I deactivated my old email address that was used to sign into iTunes. I changed it through my account in iTunes, but when I sign on I can't get all my old content. In addition, I am using a different computer. How do I retrieve all the content I had before the changes? Thans
