Q: Apple apps are shown as paid !!!

Hi,

I am an iPhone user and was using iPhone 5 till last month. I recently purchased an iPhone 6s but when i go and buy Apple apps like iMovie, KeyNote, Pages etc it shows paid whereas they are free for new devices. Kindly help me with this !

Hi there samiazmi,

It sounds like you are trying to download iMovie, GarageBand, Pages, Numbers, and Keynote but instead of seeing them as free, they have a price for you to buy them. If this was a second hand purchase that is expected, but if it is brand new, then you should be able to get them download with this article:
