I RECENTLY PURCHASED IPHONE6S AND IT CREATES MANY POBLEM LIKE LOST IN NETWORK ETC CAN I GET REPLACED IT

i recently purchased iphone6s in india and it creates many problem in it like lost networks many a time and while i put it to charge its touch got hang and i visit service centre also but they said that there is a software issue in it i also try to get restore it but it have the same problem and i request apple to get replaced my device can any one here to help me to get my device replaced

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2

It has a 1 year warranty. Take it back to where you purchased it or contact Apple directly.

Visit your local Apple Store, explain your problem and ask for further instructions.

i purchased it from snapdeal.com and it has its replacement policy for 7days only after that they said contact manufacturer

So you did NOT try to contact Apple. Contact Apple. Make an appointment at the genius bar of your local Apple Store, or contact Apple directly.
