QuickTime Player, which is on your Mac, can record an area of your Mac's screen. How to use QuickTime Player - Apple Support
I've also used Jing for this https://www.techsmith.com/jing.html
If you are watching a webinar online, for example on YouTube, there are extensions that can download the video. You'll have to search for these.

Servers EnterpriseSome commercial webinar solutions have built-in tools to record the webinar and later publish them for download. Otherwise as arthur suggests recording your screen is the obvious solution.
