Indesign keeps losing its network connection and crashing. Any Ideas how to fix?

I am using the most current Indesign CC 2015. I work with large files from our mac mini server. The problem is Indesign has started crashing saying a fatal error has occurred network connection has been lost. Sometimes it crashes when I'm using it but most if my computer sleeps. I has also stated happening on anther designers computer in our office.It is not happening to computers that have an older version of Indesign CC. Adobe as far as I can find says it's not an indesign problem.
