Jan 19, 2016 7:13 AM in response to Andy Drefsby Winston Churchill,Mail drop works fine for me, however I don't see where the documents are stored in my iCloud space, so I presume they are stored in Apples space rather like photo stream and shared albums.

Jan 19, 2016 7:24 AM in response to Winston Churchillby Andy Drefs,Winston, I'm delighted to hear that it's working for you. That's wonderful...now maybe someone can actually answer the question.

Jan 19, 2016 7:31 AM in response to Andy Drefsby Winston Churchill,In your rush to provide a sarcastic answer perhaps you overlooked what your question actually was.
You asked where your files go when you use Mail drop, I answered it.
If you intended to ask a different question fair enough, but if you want us to guess at what question you really meant to ask, perhaps you should mark your question as a game.

Jan 19, 2016 8:03 AM in response to Winston Churchillby Andy Drefs,Winston, I didn't ask where they're stored, I am trying to figure out where they went since they were sent and yet never arrived anywhere; not in my inbox, my client's nor iCloud. You replied by telling me that it's working great for you. So what? I'm sure it's working great for many people but it's not working for me. You then went on to say that your documents don't appear to be stored in your iCloud space but gave no suggestions as to how to determine where the items I've sent have gone.

Jan 19, 2016 8:16 AM in response to Andy Drefsby Winston Churchill,Where they go and where they are stored is the same thing, only a link to them in the cloud is sent to your recipient
Because Mail drop is working for me, I can be 100% sure the files have gone where they should have gone and therefore I'm able to tell you that you won't see them in the cloud if you go looking for them regardless of whether they have successfully arrived there or not.

Jan 19, 2016 8:57 AM in response to Winston Churchillby Andy Drefs,I don't know why I am wasting my breath here but no, a destination and a storage location are two completely different things. I sent the files both to myself and others - and no one got them, nor can I find anything in the storage location, or "the cloud" in this case. Because Mail Drop is working for you in no way indicates that my files "have gone where they should have gone"! That's the entire point that you are completely missing. Please stop responding, as your answers just continue to be more useless the further along you wander down this path.
