pen scanner recommended?

I love reading paper books and usually I make notes but would like an electronic pen to scan those notes and transfer to my Mac Pro. What pen scanner is recommended. I have searched in Amazon but there are too many options and not very clear about those that work with Mac Pro and also I am afraid of the right quality.
