Pictures in a random order in albums

All Photos window sorts the photos by the date imported into the library. The Photos window sorts the photos by the date the photo was taken.

If you want to sort photos differently create an album in the sidebar, add photos to it and use the View ➙ Sort menu option to select one of these 3 options:

Thank you léonie, I've updated. Now is there a way to change the title to the filename? Right now, they're all untitled. Is there a program I could get or is there a way to natively do this?

Again, I don't have that option.

All I see is "Keep Sorted By Date" as an option which I can either check or uncheck

Thanks Old Toad, but I only see "Keep Sorted By Date" as an option. All I want to do is sort by name

What version of Photos do you have? And are you sure you're viewing an album and not the Photos or All Photos window?

Photos in Yosemite has less sort options than in El Capitan. To be able to sort an album by title you need to update to El Capitan.
