Q: Unable to access the balance in my account..

I have a balance in my itunes account that I am unable to access. It has been awhile since I used my iTunes account but I have found an album that I want to buy using the balance in my account and I don't have any codes or what ever it takes to use it.  Jane    jgfidler@******

    What happens when you try to buy it ? What messages/prompts show on the screen ? The balance is still on your account, you haven't spent it, and it covers the album's price plus any applicable taxes ?
