Q: my phone crashed. Tried to use iTunes to restore but when adding my phone device to my computer, it states no driver is installed. Any have this issue, if so, can this be fixed?

IPhone6 - lost everything except for ability to make emergency call

Tried installing my phone devise to my computer but it indicates "No Driver installed on this Device".

Need to get the phone installed on the computer so I can restore my factory settings to the phone via iTunes.

Anyone experience this? If so, any resolution for this?
