Iphone 6s: microphone and speakers doesn't work

Hi,

I bougth my Iphone 6s a montn ago. It was working well till now, that microphone and speakers stopped work. I can't hear music, phone call, tablet sounds or anything by then, at least earphones were connected.

I've tried starts a music with earphones connected and pause the music and disconnected the earphones, but it doesn't work.

Any damage happened to my Iphone. Yesterday I used speakers to make a call, but today nothing happens.

How can I procedure?
