Is there a way to see if someone has used my iPad?
Pretty much what the question says. I'm sure someone other than me has been using my iPad without consent
iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 9.2

Check your Safari> Bookmarks> History for clues. A person could have turned in Pruvate and the History of their usage wouldn't show but it's worth a look.
Theres really no way to see if its been used unless the person deleted or added something. I'd suggest passcode locking your device. then no one can access it but you.
To my knowledge, there is no logging.

yes my friend. Passcode on it but things moved about and deleted. Anyone can watch over as you enter passcode I suppose. what I will say is I didn't use for 3 weeks in December so if any way of knowing usage in december then I know it's been used

You could always periodically change your passcode if desired.

There is no way to tell.
There really isn't a way to tell. Do you have a passcode on it? -AJ
