Q: Thunderbolt Display Firmware Update 1.2

After installing Thunderbolt Display Firmware Update 1.2 , my internet is running extremely slow.  If I try to go to a website like yahoo it may take over one to two minutes to load the page.  If I go to Wells Fargo it will take 3-5 minutes and then timeout when inside the site.  This only occurs when I'm connected to the monitor and the monitor power is connected to the laptop.  Everything works great when undocked (battery power) and on WIFI.  If power is connected from the monitor but the display wire is not connected this issue also occurs.

Any ideas?  Does anyone know how to remove a software update so my monitor can be usable again?

Thanks

MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11.2)

Do you mean using the Display ethernet port that it is slow?  If so you may need to go to preferences, network and remove the display ethernet and then add back in.  The 1.2 update should not have impacted your internet speed.
