Q: we could not complete your iTunes store request.  The network timed out.   How do I find out what request this is referring to?  I keep getting this error.

Im using iTunes 12 on my Macbook  I keep getting this error:  we could not complete your iTunes store request.  The network timed out.   How do I find out what request this is referring to?  I haven't made a purchase.

    thank you for your advice.  I will check it out. 

    the message just pops up when I connect my iPhone about every 30 minutes i guess.  I have a slow connection, maybe that is the problem?  I do not have an issue when trying to purchase from the store, which I don't do much.   I have comcast by the way.  I think its the cheapest plan.
