i get apple id but when i go to icloud setting i see only 1GB storage
why?

That's because the other 4 GB of the free 5 GB is being used by something which you will need to determine - Settings > iCloud > Storage > Manage Storage and you'll see what's taking up the space.

Did you go to where zinacef posted? That will show what is taking up your storage.
