Need to update my iOS to 7.0 but it's saying it's up to date
II tryed installing games but it says need tupdate to ios7.0 and I don't have a update forit how do I get a update

The original iPad, the one without a camera, cannot update past iOS 5.1.1. That is the latest iOS that it will support. You cannot update that device.
