If you're having trouble playing content downloaded from the iTunes Store after the steps that you've taken thus far, you may need to delete and re-download the content.

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201272If you're still unable to play the affected content, the next step would be to report the issue to the folks in the iTunes Store.
