Unable to check coverage

I Recently buy an ipad 2 wifi cell (brand new old stock) when i go to apple web to check the coverage, it asks me to validate the purchase date. I already input the purchase date but doesnt work, saya "please try again later"

ive tried many times, still the same. Help please

It sounds like the check coverage system is giving an error when you input the purchase date.

Update device information online

To update your Apple device information, like the limited warranty expiration date, send us a copy of the original sales receipt:

  1. Visit Apple's coverage checker.
  2. Enter your device serial number.
  3. Enter the code you see on the screen and click Continue.
  4. Upload a copy of your receipt.

Call us to update your information

To update your information by phone, call us. Tell the Advisor that you need help with your Apple Limited Warranty or AppleCare plan expiration date.
