Q: how to sync my outlook calendar to iphone

Some tickets give solution that enable sync in outlook for mac.

But I don't have outlook. I receive outlook(exchange) mail directly with mail application in my macbook. The calendar can show my work schedule.

But how can I sync it to my iphone every day automatically?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

We have proxy in office network, I can't directly set in my iphone to receive exchange mail.
