Getting help from the Community will be much faster if you provide more information:

    1) What is the printer make?

    2) What is the printer's model?

    3) What Mac OS is your PowerBook running? ("iOS" as shown in your equipment profile cannot run on a computer, only Apple's mobile devices)

    4) How are you connecting the printer? USB cable? Network cable? Wirelessly?

It will be almost impossible to find a new printer which has drivers for an older operating system.  I have a G4 with OSX 10.4.11 and while I didn't look at every single printer on the market, when I went shopping for a monochrome laser printer I definitely didn't see anything for Tiger OS. We ended up getting a Brother printer model which only provides drivers for OSX 10.7 at a minimum.  I poked around Brother's web site for older laser printer drivers and finally found a set for an older model which provide access to the basic printing features for this model.  For the more advanced features there is no option but to use my wife's newer computer.
