Remove and reinstall FCPX

Hi,

I have several problems with the last version of Final Cut Pro X with the last version of OS X (10.11.2). The guy from Apple Support told me I have to reinstall FCPX, but witch is the best way to delete it with all his preferences and make a totally clean reinstall?

Final Cut Pro X, OS X El Capitan (10.11.2)
