Apple iTunes Store?

I Have just received a email to say that I've purchased, Netflix 1S plan (automatic renewal) when I didn't make this purchase. I have already clicked the link on the email to cancel it, then 30 mins later I received another email to save I have purchased it again when I didn't. I have changed my password and security questions, does any one know what could be happening, is someone assessing my account. I have no credit cards on my account so I don't know how this is happening.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2.1

Sounds like a phishing email to try and get your account and payment details. Genuine emails from iTunes will tend to be personalised (not 'dear customer', 'hello' or similar)

Viewing your account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support (on an iOS device you can view the last 90 days purchases via http://reportaproblem.apple.com)

If it is a phishing email then forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com , and then delete it.
