how to write email to apple support team

Hello Apple support team. I am writing from Mongolia. I have apple Ipad2. i bought it from Korea in 2011. And i have had bought ticket(attached picture). I have problem. About 1years ago i updated ios. this time i didn,t know about apple id, but i had forgotten my apple id in that time. Now i have my email address and password but it don't work now. Maybe i changed password last December. What should i do? Please help me. i have my i pad box and I will send my ticket code. And i lost my iphone6s Plus last December (i am so silly). So i need to use this ipad. Please help me to unlock my apple id. Please check me my apple serial code. Help me
