PCMCIA slot on PowerMac G4

Hi all

i have inserted a compact flash card in a PCMCIA adapter then fit in to slot of the G4 , but the G4 doesn't recognize it. I need to transfer in this CF card some hundreds jpg pictures that then i will show on a TV set that has the PCMCIA slot on the rear. Is needed some driver for this purpose ?

Thanks in advance.

I guess that it would be correct to assume that the TV set has support for a PC Card (PCMCIA) adapter for memory cards (like CompactFlash). Some TV/media receivers have such a slot (details should be in the manual; you may want to post the exact TV make/model if in doubt). That is, not a CI slot merely for conditional access modules (which have a similar form factor).

With a Power Macintosh G4 desktop computer, use an appropriate external USB memory card reader capable of handling CompactFlash.
