Why doesn't my 6s have a live wallpapers option or live camera, even though my software is up to date?

My new 6s has fully up to date software but there is no option for live wallpapers (only dynamic and still) and no live camera option. My daughter's 6s has them. How do I get them?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2.1

Make sure you have the iPhone 6s, not the iPhone 6.

Identify your iPhone model - Apple Support

If you indeed have the iPhone 6s, a restart/reset may help to solve your problem.

  • Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
  • Press and hold on the Home button
  • Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

If this does not help, restore your device to factory settings. Note that this will erase the data from your device.

Take a look this Apple Support article: Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support.
